  RENTAL PROGRAM - SHORT TERM

Our "do-it-yourself" rental equipment program enables you to use the same quality sound and lighting equipment for your event that IPA provides through our full-time production services.

          RENTAL TERMS

1) Call to reserve equipment as soon as possible to ensure availability. To reserve equipment a deposit of 50% of the total charges will be required with the signed contract.

2) Two copies of a rental contract must be signed. A valid driver's license and (1) major credit card is required for identification. One copy of the contract will be given to the customer to be secured at all times during the equipments use.

3) Rental rates apply to the day that the equipment is picked up and for each day the equipment is on rental.

4) Full payment is required at the time the equipment is picked up. Any additional days that the equipment is on rental beyond the days stated on the contract will be charged accordingly.

 

     PICK-UP / DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT

Equipment must be picked up (or returned) at our showroom during regular business hours. If you wish IPA to deliver the equipment, arrangements must be made (2) days in advance.
