secured the exclusive rights to distribute Professional Audio
Systems (PAS) equipment in the United States. The PAS brand is
a high-end commercial grade speaker line that is used in
professional settings like stadiums and arenas.

INDIANAPOLIS (May 1, 2007) – Indy Pro Audio, Inc. which is
commonly owned and affiliated with, Professional Electronic
Distributing Inc., (PED) announced today that it purchased the
exclusive rights to distribute Professional Audio Systems
(PAS) equipment in the United States.
The purchase is part of Indianapolis-based Indy Pro Audio’s
recent expansion plan designed to enable the 27-year-old
company to broaden its reach and product offerings. The PAS
brand is a high-end commercial grade speaker line built for
professional audio applications.

In addition to serving as a distribution hub for PAS products, PED will also offer complete cabinet and speaker repair, diaphragm replacement and comprehensive CAD system design support services. John B Schaeffer, PED’s senior electro acoustical engineer and co-owner of Indy Pro Audio and PED, said he was delighted to join forces with a global leader in sound and audio technology. Schaeffer stated that research and development, an expanded service center and distribution will all be housed locally providing new employment opportunities for Indianapolis area residents.
“This partnership is designed to help PAS-AMERICA meet the
ever increasing technology demands of the touring audio
systems and permanent installation sound markets including
stadiums, arenas and venues for the performing arts,”
Schaeffer said. “In addition to giving our customers the most

quality products we produce now will only get better.”
Relocating its U. S. distribution operations from the West
